To avoid any chance of getting speeding tickets, one must obey the law at all times while driving, although this is easier said than done. When caught for speeding and given speeding tickets, having a clean driving record can help immensely in lowering or eliminating the fine.

Most people at some point in their life will be given speeding tickets. The first time you get pulled over can be an interesting situation, as most people are unsure what to do. Some people get angry and raise their voices thinking if they argue their point they will be let off, but this is never a good idea. Some police officers are very calm and professional while others are unpleasant and mean when issuing speeding tickets, but either way it is best to act calm and polite to them to avoid any more possible tickets.
